How do we decide the content of meta tags for our website?

It is no secret that Google decides the relevance of a website in relation to the user search description by matching it with the meta tags (among others).

Logically then our meta tags should include product or service related keywords that the user is searching. Several keyword planners are available to get this user search data.

What can be the various types of meta tags?

• Offer or discount centric like 'almost 50% off on dresses'

• Product feature centric like 'authentic soft handloom sarees'

• Product innovation related like 'contact lens that retain water and prevents drying'

• Product variety centre like 'over 2000 dresses for all ocassions'
