While the date in my previous blog went well, let's dig deep into this category here.

The anti-dandruff shampoo market is huge. There are umpteen options for the customer to select from. Each brand focuses on it's unique ingedient that has a specific benefit.

But how many times has a brand researched the effectiveness of their product on the customer's scalp. Being one such customer, I have experimented with several brands before finalising one.

There could be limited types of dandruff like the dry or oily ones but it's not the same for human scalp. We generally assume it will either be dry or normal, but there could be more types that only a demetologist can suggest.

As a customer the key to finding your anti-dandruff shampoo is understanding your scalp type and figuring out which key ingredient in the shampoo composition works best.

Brands have to help customers understand this and then customer loyalty will come effortlessly.
